Just received word from a source that the agreements between the Penang Development Corporation and Abad Naluri in 2004 and 2011 involving 1,400 acres of Batu Kawan land will be made public soon.
Apparently the PDC had to honour the price in the 2004 agreement, which involves 750 acres, and did some kind of trade off involving 650 acres of industrial land. An abandoned low-cost housing scheme involving 320 flats will be revitalised and completed.
The decision to make public the agreements is most welcome. It will be interesting to find out what’s going on with the 300 acres of land allotted for the race-track and what the trade-off entails.

Anil, State Govt has come clean on the negotitations with Abad Naluri & PDC.
Also shows how the State Govt has managed to revive the abandoned housing projects.
Note also the savings of over RM26 million from the renegotiations with Abad Naluri
So it was not all doom or under table by PR Govt

Gerakan K is like MACCsaying working 24 hours very hard but what did MACC catch? MACC cannot count more than RM1M and only interested in hundred ringgit here and there like TBH. In the end Pewaja, Bank Bumi, MAS and PKFTZ which is our taxpayer’s money has not been settled as compare to this case.
