Cangkat Bukit Gambir project above 250-feet threshold

Another project that is above the threshold of 250 feet (72 metres) above sea level, the contour for which is indicated by the thin white line.

The developer boasts that this “low density prime exclusivity” project to build 17 bungalows is on “high ground, elevating your status with utmost prestige”.

They are even happy to say that the project is “nestled within a serene 4.1-acre hill land of lush greenery on an elevation of 110m above sea level“.

I had blogged about this project in July 2013. It was approved in January 2013. You can check the OSC approval details here.

I haven’t come across any explanation from the MBPP or the state government for this project so far.
