The developer boasts that this “low density prime exclusivity” project to build 17 bungalows is on “high ground, elevating your status with utmost prestige”.
They are even happy to say that the project is “nestled within a serene 4.1-acre hill land of lush greenery on an elevation of 110m above sea level“.

I haven’t come across any explanation from the MBPP or the state government for this project so far.
