A message from La Salle Br Anthony Rogers:
Before you forget 2024, recall just three of your most beautiful and joyful memories and try in 2025 to make it SIX.
A happier you is a better Malaysia and more loving world. Your self-care, a kind word, an act of caring and openness to others outside our walls are the bridges to change strangers into God’s friends.
Twenty-five years in the 21st Century can start a smart world with a heart.
Only you, only you can change the world because only God-in-you and God-with-you has the power to make a difference to the lives of others.
Death does not put an end to your life but strangely puts ‘heaven’ in people’s minds and hearts. You don’t go to heaven, you leave behind heaven for them. Some people go to Hell by creating Hell on Earth with no time to live in Love and grow with Joy.
Have a beautiful 2025 and 365 days of self-made memories of loving yourself as YOU ARE!
Some of us believe today that God did not make humanity… God only made Human Beings like you and me and we sculpture humanity.
Strangely, we pray to God to end wars and famines but continue to deform infants and youth in our formative nurseries of family, schools and media.
If adults are comfortable in the “human ecology” we have created, we are totally unaware of the toxic elements that pollute the very sources of our common inner life of passion for God and compassion for fellow human persons, both male and female.
2025 is a year of Hope in the one God of the Universe and the human being and Creation. Unity with God is manifested in our unity as Humanity.
Allow the young in the high-tech world of “mega-digitalisation” to rediscover the joy of high-touch human relationships. The world they build today is the legacy they will give their children.
The year of Hope is the beginning of an era of children and young people.
P.S. For many, God may be the Divine, the Sacred, the Transcendental, etc.
But for the digital millennials, God’s name is not as important as God’s will. They are looking for Truth, often swept under the carpet by political and even religious leaders.
So walk with the young to evoke Truth and extricate the lies and misinformation.
Blessings for 2025

A happier Malaysia is when the opposition parties are not continuously harassing the present Madani government with baseless accusations.
Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari repeated his call to let Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim complete his five-year term as prime minister.
The Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) chairman noted there were certain quarters that were too pre-occupied with talking about replacing Anwar as the prime minister in the media.

Actually, you are making a baseless statement because it lacks specific examples to support the claim that opposition parties are making baseless accusations against the Unity government.
You should inform our Rakyat about the specific baseless accusations made by which opposition parties.
Claims of “threats to Islam” are often weaponised by opposition parties to polarise communities, divert attention from substantive issues, and undermine moderate voices of Madani government.
This divisive rhetoric threatens national unity, exploits religious sensitivities, and stifles progress.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa on Wednesday (Jan 8) said a total of 182 police reports have been lodged against the Youth and Sports Minister, Hannah Yeoh, in connection with her book “Becoming Hannah: A Personal Journey” – a threat to Islam?

Baseless accusations are racial and religious in nature. We all know about it but cannot point them out specifically because we will perpetuate their wild allegations in the name of ketuanan.

Don’t just hope, do something.
For start, reduce your carbon footprint, don’t waste food and water.
Your advice applies to little people. The big guns in industry and investment produce and consume increasingly more every year. Governments set up or attend many international conferences and summits, purportedly for the benefit of the masses. Hypocrisy rules.
Praying alone will not help.
We must make the change with action plan.
Today we can contribute to the world by less wastage in resources and food.

Flo Rida’s song “Good Feeling” is a feel-good celebration of living life to the fullest and being at the top of the world. The song’s message is “it’s good to be the king”.
The unending drama of high profile political court cases are wasting our resources as people are wasting their productive time being drawn to the controversies. Bottom line is our nation cannot advance productively and foreign investors are discouraged from putting their money here!

I could change the world
I would be the sunlight in your universe
You would think my love was really something good
Baby if I could change the world
Baby if I could change the world
Baby if I could change the world
Clapton’s Tears in Heaven?
You walked into the room
I just had to laugh
The face you wore was cool
You were a photograph
When it’s all too late
It’s all too late
I did not have the time
I did not have the nerve
To ask you how you feel
Is this what you deserve?
When it’s all too late
It’s all too late
Change
You can change
Change
You can change
And something on your mind
Became a point of view
I lost your honesty
You lost the life in you….
