PH Penang fails to revive the glory days of business communities along Penang Road to match big players at malls. Also Komtar Walk is a big flop, got worse after the refurbishment of that inauspicious “octopus” overhead pedestrian walks that disrupt the positive chi energy flow. Komtar Top also another white elephant despite millions invested.

The less we hear of Sim, the better our lives will be, 2 terms enough is enough.
If Anil poll is true representation of present sentiments, then PH in Penang like Sim and Komtar Rockets must redeem themselves fast….

Poor for PH because they fool-ed us with the replacement of GST. They basically revamped everything BN did. Fair for Penang but if they proceed with those project(+the existing one), I will give them a failure. Wei keeps saying that I support Gerakan. You know what, they might be a good choice as they are not part of UMNO+PAS and DAP, will consider. Without Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu, Penang will not be as prosper as today.

Development that bring in multinational companies (ten and thousands of job). I don’t see any effort of doing those by this government other than housing. 😛

Poor-Below Expectations:
The big contention being the Tua Khang, Tua Khai PTMP at the call$$$$$ of greedy developers.

Unprecedented, extensive destruction of Nature (witness the daylight rape of Bukit Kukus @ Paya Terubong).

No declared vision for average Bo-Bin-Chui Penangites (not even a 2-year vision expected of a CM BUT continuing ego-fulfilment of Niao Kong’s legacies).

Greener Cleaner Safer Penang? My foot. Where have the row of trimmed-to-no-leaves trees (after McDonald/Caltex station @ Lebuhraya Thean Teik) gone to? Enforced disappearance?

And a stubborn, arrogant CM & Gang…

KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 ― The hotels boycott that forced the Sultan of Brunei to back down from imposing the death penalty for homosexuality will serve as warning for other countries considering this, US actor-producer George Clooney said.

Speaking on US talk show Ellen, the Hollywood celebrity singled out Malaysia and Indonesia as among countries purportedly considering such laws.

Penang has never been this good as vouched by millions and growing of visitors coming to Penang each year…some of them come back year after year..Penang has been put on world map for its desirable living environment, tourism is thriving, mainland Penang is developing nicely with better amenity and connectivity, cleanliness improved a lot, there is more public and green space than ever before, we also see rebirth and rejuvenation of many places mismanaged and left to rot by the previous useless government……..when the serial hater, fear monger and gelakan pastno said you are bad, you are actually doing a… Read more »

First time hear DAP fanboy talk about hate and fear monger. Who is the one that says they are waging war against non-Muslim? Who is the one that says they are Taliban?
The point is, you and your papa are no different. Poisoning minds of Chinese folks for decades and yet did nothing when you’re in power. 42 DAP MPs (biggest in PH) no different than MCA who had like 2 MPs. For example, Matriculation quota, UEC and so on. A vote for DAP is a vote that pose a threat to myself and my community, period.
