BN cruises to thumping win in Mahkota

Barisan Nasional has taken a commanding lead in Mahkota with 20,032 votes against Perikatan Nasional’s 5,065 at 7.30pm.

Will PN at least be able to match the 7614 votes in bagged in Mahkota in the 2022 Johor state election?

What do you make of this result?

The Regent of Johor, Tengku Mahkota Johor who announced that the state to revert to Saturday and Sunday as off days has called on those who oppose to stop causing a fuss.

The Crown Price said there are states that still have Friday and Saturday as weekends and if they don’t like Johor changing from Friday and Saturday to Saturday and Friday, they can choose to live in those states.

One needs action, resources, and innovation, etc, to turn dreams and wishes into reality.

Some people in bolehland have many dreams and wishes but most times end up grabbing world attention for the wrong reasons.

Is it because they do not know how to solve these problems, can’t solve them, or simply do not want to do so?

Why Did $10 Billion Melaka Gateway Mega Project Fail?

The common types of imperialist kleptocracy are resource extraction and real estate scam. Old reports suggest this failure was due to payments before work done.

Decades earlier, Eurasian “bumis” in Melaka were separated from their beloved seashore by another “development”.

The easiest way to suck blood is through usury. The government launches a grandiose “public-private” project (Recall that term?). When it fails, the government bails out the oligarch by borrowing from abroad.

One group supported your party the most, and we, the Rakyat, will hold them accountable for their lack of foresight and ignorance in voting for your political party.

They gave you 40 seats in Parliament, yet the whole lot of you remain silent on many issues while your coalition leader whom you all were carrying on your shoulders goes about introducing theocracy at will.

There is no need to say you want to give one seat or forty seats. Instead, go and tell your MPs, who eagerly contested during the election, to fulfill the commitments they made to the electorate.

Shame should arise when they fail to meet their moral standards and integrity, as well as the expectations of those they represent—in this case, their constituents.

” SMEs worry minimum wage hike to RM1,700 could strain businesses despite potential benefits ” By R. Loheswar dd Saturday, 19 Oct 2024 1:22 PM MYT

The usual excuses from the business community. Embrace it and be thankful that the PMX did not propose raising the minimum wage to RM2,000. We, the Rakyat, prefer that amount (RM2,000) to meet our living costs, especially as the government has already raised utility rates and the food industry continues to increase food prices, despite the rise in the value of our currency.

We have one of the most excellent and dedicated SAR teams in our country, if not the world. We also have the National Disaster Management Agency to handle unanticipated disasters. However, what about the anticipated disasters, like floods and droughts, that occur seasonally every year and have been affecting us for many decades?

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is projected to receive an additional RM12 billion per year if 2.5 million foreign workers in the country are made to contribute to the retirement fund.
