- Jho Low – Shook the financial regulatory systems in several countries.
- Fat Leonard – Had much of the US Navy in his pocket: 60 admirals and 550 other US navy officers under scrutiny for accepting bribes. He is now on the run.
- Tedy Teow aka Jho Low 2 – His MBI managed to draw in thousands of investors. Now extradited to China.
