Aaahhh, Augustine Paul…what can I say? He was only a judicial commissioner in the sessions court and speedily promoted to the High Court weeks before Anwar’s 1998 sodomy trial just to hear this case. After his ‘sterling performance’ he was rewarded by promotion to the Federal Court, leapfrogging other more senior judges.

As for the manner in which he conducted Anwar’s trial, I really have nothing to say which Anil Netto will publish. Too obscene to print!

The IGP says ISA is a rehabilitation not a punishment. How about that for change of perception. I feel better already. So sending criminals to jail is a rehabilitation. And so is getting hanged for drug trafficking. Way to go, Tan Sri Omar.

What is the point of this review? I am not a legal expert also can tell you RPK is innocent.

ISA itself is Ultra Vires of the Constitution, yet no one point out. Even a layman can tell you ISA is a farce. Why need expert to tell?

Hehe, maybe Umno need a QC to tell them ISA is Ultra Vires.

After his lopsided performance in Anwar previous sodomy case, this judge, Augustine Paul is still in service speaks volume of our judiciary. He should not only be recused, he should be put away from the courts for good. Again, what can one expect from Bohanland!…
