RPK’s legal battle continues

RPK lives to fight another day as the Sessions Court has effectively left it to the High Court to decide which court should hear his case – the Sessions Court or the magistrate’s court.

The defence had objected to the prosecution’s application to transfer the case from the magistrate’s court to the Sessions Court.

The High Court has fixed 14 Dec to hear the application while the Sessions Court has fixed 15 Dec for mention pending the High Court decision.

Apologies for the inaccuracies in the earlier report here.

Raja Petra Kamaruddin is believed to have fabricated or at least co authored the letter handed to the Teoh Beng Hock inquiry.

Whatever one thinks of the Teoh Beng Hock inquiry, it is important that others like RPK do not use it as a vehicle to push their own individual political agenda.

A Man is dead. His family grieves. lawyers and RPK attempt to hijack the event to gain as much political mileage as they can from it.

Take a look here. There are two sides to this story.

When the killing starts, all logic and discussion go out the window.

Whatever their disagreements with the Indian government, the murderers had no right killing civilians in a random and callous manner.

But I am interested in what they said was the justification (I do not believe there is any justification for random murder) on the Awani Channel?

The discussion about Mumbai will continue long after….

Anil, Have you been watching the Awani (Channel 501) on the Mumbai Terrorists Attacks? Totally attrocious where speakers after speakers continue to support and justify the action of the Islamic terrorists. Every so-called Expert morons continue to blame the West and India too for discriminating against the minority Muslims. Sad to say they know little about the time where the only country in the world that had the 3 Armed Forces Chiefs consisting of a Sikh, Christian and Muslim.

Yes! If they stick by the rules strictly, the case shouldn’t even exist in the first instance. It is clearly harassment!

May RPK “win” EVERY round. RPK’s victory is the Rakyat’s victory against the insidious tyranny of … Mahathirism. No crocodile tears will be shed when Umno/BN is relegated to trashcan of evolution.
