Malaysian from all walk of life have now awaken to the facts that this AMMO Barang Naik govt must Be End. Now its the time to vote your decision wisely. Even Indonesia and Cambodia formerly (an outcast) compared to us have now look down at us even on a simple issue of maid. Look at how countries like Thailand, Phillippine, Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia have overtaken us. Their GDP & FDi have overtaken us.Formerly we are one of the tiger of East Asia, now we have become almost (an outcast). Formerly GDP of Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Phillipines, Vietnam,… Read more »

In Zimbabwe, they need millions to purchase a loaf of bread. Now in Penang you need 0.5 million to buy a house. It is just 4 years pakatan in power. I cannot IMAGINE the future for penang. Maybe Penang will be the next LONDON ???

500k to purchase a house in the Pearl of the Orient should be very tempting. Its cheap if you compared the affordable flats to be built by Najib 1 Malaysia house which cost 200k over for a 700+ sq ft at location way out of town. Go to mainland and you can get it very much cheaper at just over 100K. You being ignorant gilakan

Gerakan K, if the 0.5m of house is due to PR? becoz PR became the state gov., many flocks into penang, rise up the house price? If that is your pint, more reason you should like PR.

Which property owner doesn’t like to see prices of property on an increasing trend?

If one cannot afford a place on the island, one can always live on the mainland part of Penang. After all, there are more factory jobs within 1 hour drive from Butterworth than on the island.

The state government effort of a new township in Batu Kawan looks promising. Penangites will be able to compare that with Seberang Jaya (which was developed by Dr Lim) when it is fully developed.

its really sad to see these women abandoning their assigned duties in house chores, cooking, washing clothes & more importantly chucking their kids aside on a sunday just to take part in some gathering of which made them look more like a bunch of ‘perempuan gila’ shouting insanely while marching the streets. got food don’t wanna cook, got floor don’t wanna mop, got kids don’t wanna feed, got clothes don’t wanna wash but rather waste their time on the streets…..Alamak! what kinda women are these? to those men who married these women….my utmost sympathy & condolence to you & family.… Read more »

She has her own businesses. Primarily not for money but just a way to spend time. I think one of her shops in Kepong (KL) already generating monthly rental income at least RM15000. Thanks BN pro-business policies, her shop tenant, a steamboat operator always has good business and pay the rental on time. That is why I always say that we need a pro-business government and BN is the perfect choice for businessmen and women. You will suffer when picking an Afghanistan style of government. And look at PAS direction now. It is so anti-business and buat Malaysia malu by… Read more »

Wah, then you don’t need low cost housing and free buffet lah, or are you a cheapskate? Why, you should insist on free steamboat every night. In fact, I’m sure you already do. No lah. We cannot believe everything your rag papers tell us about PAS. In fact, I always encourage people to see for themselves first hand how ‘bad’ PAS is e.g. Kelantan. I ask my Chinese friends to ask Chinese people in Kelantan how bad is it for them. As Kee says, less temptation is cheaper for us. All the stars who come to sell their concerts here… Read more »

A normal person would choose 1500 per month over 500 over 5 yrs. Yet you complaint 1500 not enuf and 500 is gold, you kena Umno’s curse… Trade a sweet with sack of rice.

It is OK for you to choose 500, it is ok for the women to walk too, it is for what you believe.

Aiya Pala, you know the market rate or not ???

Our fresh B.SC. and B.A. degree holders typically only get RM1200-1800 monthly. If you make the minimum wage as of RM1500 for mak cik sapu lantai, then how much do you offer for those B.SC. and B.A. degree holders ???

Most companies will TUTUP kedai and no more FDI because of stupid demands. MNCs here will cabut lari. Those street demonstrators DON’T know what they are talking about. Sudah kena pakatan syndrome.

Gerakan K, are you serious the market rate for degree holder only rm1500 to rm1800 per month, no wonder Najib’s 500 sound so big. After half a century, our graduate salary is somewhere minimum wages, and you don’t see the need to change the goverment. Your previous comment, you said your wife is getting RM15k because BN is pro-your-business, why BN only watched over you and your wife and not general public. Now, I get to understand you better. Sorry, I am with the general public, and I am not so poor like you. Maybe you have money, but your… Read more »

Hello, jangan TIPU other young readers. No money = poor. Got $$$ = rich. Everyone must attempt to make money.

Even you vote pakatan and pakatan win federal, they cannot give you money. Like Selangor and Penang, the most pakatan can do is provide some limited subsidies like water and the so-called affordable housing (!) in limited quantity. You forget it’s BN giving you endless subsidies like petrol, sugar, flour, cooking oil, etc.

Why graduates earn less ??? Bookwise graduates tend to earn less. Want more $$$ ??? Start your own business like me.

I start to like you, are you married?

I vote PR, to stop BN, to stop giving my tax money to people like sharizat’s husband and Kidex contract to Zaki’s wife.

I thanks BN for subsidying the rakyat, but I hate BN reducing these subsidies and replace with RM500 BR1M to yield votes, is not sincere.

If PM is sincere, why spend 0.5m on daughter’s wedding + brithday party and take PMO as one big ATM machine.

Everyone like money, but earned it correctly.

You keep implying your are rich. Sorry la brother, I still insist you are poor soul.

Poor soul, we don’t agree with control this and that thing, that is BN’s style. The pakatan syndrom of mine, is telling me, if PR made gov, both PR and BN would benefit, both have to compete and improve. We believe, thru competative, both will improve the governent, accountability, transperancy, and finaly competency improved. With this improvement, public and private will do better, then salary increse would followed. That would be a solution, not neccessary the solution but a valid sustainable solution. Minimum salary is double edged sword, nothing is easy, but we have to start somewhere…I suggest we start… Read more »
