Alert: BN bulldozing PCA amendments in Parliament tonight

The draconian amendments to the Prevention of Crime Act are likely to be passed in Parliament tonight as MPs debate the changes.

No to PCA

Early voting at various stages were 115-66 and 113-64 in the BN’s favour.

It marks the end of Najib’s political transformation process for what it was worth. A sad day indeed and what a shame for those MPs who are supporting these repressive amendments.

But the voice of the people will prevail and justice will ring out in our land one day soon.

Today is the anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth, also International Day of Non-Violence. So it may be appropriate to recall what he said:

When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it–always.

Just wonder why aNIL never release the names of absentee ??? Those are ‘touch and go’ type and never show his/her face after elected. Do you support salary deduction for those Missing In Action ???

Finally PCA law can be used to whack “organised criminals” (which are well funded by local and foreign source) and they already infiltrate all Malaysia political party, business and government officials. This time syabas PM and all parties involved have the guts to pass PCA. “better late than never”. Otherwise Malaysia will truly be unsafe for our future generation…

Thought we need 2/3 majority to make amendment and form the law? What is happening to all the PKR/DAP/PAS MPs ………….aren’t they voted against the amendment? Can’t believe even MIC/MCA/Gerakan MPs have also voted in favour of PCA…………. that’s pathetic.

After Najib said “the PCA is not the ISA” statement, there was never even a chance it was not going to be bulldozed through..What I am dissapointed is that no one challenged Najib to legislate his own words – if the PCA is not the ISA, then if a sitting govt uses it against political opponent, the entire party and coalition should give up the executive and legislative and resign en masse and not run for any seat, Federal at the very least. Otherwise, its all phony words. But really, its time to move on..The opposition is better off warning… Read more »

Alert: Please do not siding with criminals !!! We use Prevention of Crime Act to curb rising crime activities. And that act can be challenged in court.

Please go ahead with the amendment. You have my consent and people mandate to do so.
