ISA, operation spectrum will WORK perfectly in Singapore, if only 600 ppl attended the anniversary. This law is set by cowardice to kill off public courageous before it excites resonance. We have an ex-pm who is very ISA oriented, who calls for ISA revival if BN win next GE. He knows, to cling on power parmanently, he needs EC, PDRM, Media, more importantly ISA to coof-off any catalyst before it hits the flash point. 1) want to continue to jail political dissidents
2) does not want a Bersih-like event on Orchard Road!
3) (may) find it easier to deal with a corrupted regime.
