Has Samy Vellu’s mansion met its match?
Selangor opposition leader Khir Toyo has refuted a DAP rep’s allegation that his house in Shah Alam cost RM24 million. Instead, the former Selangor chief minister insists he bought it for RM3.5 million with an additional RM0.5 million thrown in for roof renovations.
He said a housing loan was granted to him by a foreign bank. Which bank and on the basis of what collateral?
I believe Khir Toyo that his house cost 4 million. Any buyers for such a good market price? Many will jump to buy his house as some of the KLCC condo also already cost 2-3 million. This is worth buying. Khir toyo please sell your house as claimed as many investor are ready to buy up your mansion for this price.

He is ageing & yet bank granted him 30 years term? … In fact the palace cost close RM70/psq’is cheaper then my moderate size house.
Bet this Palace of Toyo’s will be converted into Toyoland, just like Disneyland. It has water rides just like Jurasic Park rides. Rooms (could be) decorated with Mickey & Disney souvenirs.
Now we all know, what he learns from his trip to Disneyland.

Nothing will happen… MACC will stay silent and this is proof yet again of selective investigations by MACC. It is as though Malaysians are so stupid and ignorant and we will soon forget. I puke at seeing how a MB for just 8 years earning MYR48,000 per month could afford a mansion (resort?) for (allegedly) MYR24 million.
Perhaps now the Malaysian public will be able to see for themselves “satu lagi projek olih BN”????

Toyo claimed mansion cost RM4 million. I gladly offer to buy the mansion (stock lock and barrel) for RM5 million. I sure hope he sells it to me and take the RM1 million profit. Can easily sell for RM10 million. I saw pics of the house and its fittings. Alamak so grand and definitely cost more than RM4 mil. Rumah teres (intermediate) pun RM500K++ now, no fittings and renovation. This mansion …. wow. Only a brain dead fella will believe the mansion cost RM4 million. Now I also want to be Menteri Besar.

Please bear in mind, for those did’t know.. That! That Bungalow was located in the most highest hill in sec. 7 shah alam. The land itself cost above 1M. I’ved been there before. The view just really nice.

first u said he spent more than his earning BASED on your own perception.
second u said his house is worth like 20 million, also BASED on your own perception.
and when he answered both allegations, saying the house he bought with a loan from HSBC and only at 3.5 million,
u asked him to answer whether got collateral or not?
i cannot believe it. i am no khir toyo running dog or cyber trooper or something, but the way this saga going on, it shows me how low of our politics can be.
stay with this house thing. dont go sodomy or kandang babi. stay with this so called 20 million balinese house.
on what basis that DAP man say it is 20 million plus? the current market price? or his assumption? or what? and he spent more than his earning? he got a loan on that, what? u should have checked with HSBC on that. do whatever it takes, police warrant or anything. i dont care.
but instead, now u want to know whats the collateral is? u should have check with HSBC. and check mate him. once and for all.

…Khir Toyo… still think that being an UNNO man, except for himself, all malaysians are fools.Anyone with minimum knowledge on construction can tell you that the cost of the roof constitute less than 10% of the cost for a reasonably luxurious bungalow.With his standard of living (1st. class all the way) add-in another RM2m for furnishing.If the contractor took the job for RM3.5m he should be investigated…

Ask yourself before you judge him…..if you are in his position, with power in your hands, would you do the same thing? Could you be clean? Would you give contracts to your family/cronies or to me (someone which you dunno)…….

Wow! In my life time, I cannot imagine owning a 24 million house, it will be a dream come true!
If 3.5mil I think it is definately within my means..perhaps, I can stretch a little more, say 5 mil. (Thanks to my Aussie dollor, which have apprecited again). So … dentist, I am indirectly making a offer to you Toyo for a for 5 mil nett!(50% profit in this trouble time, it must be a great deal). No worrylah. BN will take over Selangor soon riding on Hindraf’s wave. He will come back to be MB again. This is just an investment for the happy days are coming again. He will need this palace for the many meeting arranged for the development of Selangor.
