Menjelaskan perlantikan Menteri Besar Selangor itu, Setiausaha Sulit Sultan, Datuk Mohamad Munir Bani dalam satu kenyataan menggariskan tiga sebab mengapa Tan Sri Khalid dilantik semula ke jawatan berkenaan.

Let us ask ourselves just one simple question. After Anwar was about to go to jail, Azizah was appointed as President of PKR. Since then for more than 10 years have Azizah been going around talking, negotiating or doing anything concrete for the party beside being just a STAND IN. It was Anwar that is going around doing all the work, talking and negotiation while she act as an obedient house wife.. A de facto President as labelled by the media is absolutely correct.
