It seems many house owners have received their MPPP assessment for 1st half 2012 late. We only managed to received ours last month post marked May 25, 2012. Normally, the bills are sent out at the beginning rather than the end of the assessment period as that would mean a RM5 penalty for late payment. I am not the only one receiving the assessment bill late. All my friends received theirs late too.
