One day before GST, most people are still clueless about GST thus panic buying at supermarket.
Kastam expect people to check its website for FAQ? What about those without internet access?
Why confuse people with such poor implementation?

The Customs Department website currently features a countdown clock to the implementation of the GST next Wednesday, much like a harbinger of doom.

The site also has a link to a “Shoppers Guide” for consumers in relation to the GST.

Upon clicking on it, you get: “Shoppers Guide will be made available on 1st January 2015.”

It is now almost the end of March, but there seems to be no such guide available.

Less than a week before April Fool’s Day, yet the general public are still confused on what goods are exempted from GST. This is the last weekend for all to stock up items to enjoy immediate 6% rebate!

Cuepecs will likely pressure the BN government to raise the salary of civil servants giving GST as excuse. Namibia will like give them pay hike in order to safeguard their votes for BN. In that case the nation debt will continue to climb!

A week before GST implementation, the Public Accounts Committee has highlighted a bungle involving the RM1.45 billion 1Azam project run by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community and the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry.

1Azam was supposed to uplift the poor, but somehow it was channelled to the wrong parties?

Why MACC never investigate this?
