The Customs Department website currently features a countdown clock to the implementation of the GST next Wednesday, much like a harbinger of doom.
The site also has a link to a “Shoppers Guide” for consumers in relation to the GST.
Upon clicking on it, you get: “Shoppers Guide will be made available on 1st January 2015.”
It is now almost the end of March, but there seems to be no such guide available.

1Azam was supposed to uplift the poor, but somehow it was channelled to the wrong parties?
Why MACC never investigate this?
