Another ceramah aborted

More loutish behaviour: another ceramah – this time involving students promoting academic freedom – was called off in Klang after an unknown group broke chairs and messed up the hall before the event.

The students had organised the event in Dewan Kampung Idaman in Klang as part of their national roadshow for academic freedom.

The louts even trailed the students to the Klang police station where they had gone to make a report.

In this video, you can see one of the students recounting their experience at the hands of the mob.

Coincidentally, Kampung Idaman is the location of the home of the late Zakaria Mohd Deros, the Selangor state assembly member for Port Klang known for his opulent mansion.

Loutish merely means ill-mannered. Here, we are dealiing with anarchy. Law and order has broken down to the extent that if you are not a thug yourself, you and yours fear to step out of the home.

It is no different with the great “democratic” thugs on the world stage. When democracy takes a turn that does not suit them, they bomb the “insurgents”, or at least supply the bombs.

Is the PDRM waiting for someone to get killed before they take serious action against these mob?
