How to fix a submarine

A submarine that won’t dive? I guess that’s the cue for a submarine joke.

But then when you think of all that money spent, you probably won’t be laughing.

How can a submarine go under water when there is no ‘engine?’

If this is the way the country is managed, it will go bankrupt soon. Looks like nothing works after soending billions on military needs. The people are laughing and the leaders are not ashamed of all this. A disgrace.

No, I won’t be laughing.

My country is the only country in the world where the jet fighters can’t fly because jet engines gone missing.

My country is also the only country in the world where new submarine dare not go under water for fear it could not surface.

I need to transfer my companies’ registrations to abroad so that less of my money turns into taxes that are being used to fund such wasteful and useless projects.

OMG, they have also stolen the submarines’ engines. Isn’t there anything sacred anymore?

I think I read an armed forces representative saying “…a minor hitch”. A submarine that can’t dive for 3 months is a minor hitch? Reminds me of the knight in Monty Python’s Holy Grail who says “’tis but a scratch!”:

I can just picture the crew of the KD TAR standing on top of it while it bobs about on the surface, throwing sharpened sticks at a battleship and shouting “come on you pansy!”.
