The quick withdrawal of the SD1 with SD2 is reminiscent of the pressure, threats and duress that Bala must have undergone. The truth can only be known if a Royal Commission of Inquiry is set up to investigate this sad episode.

I noticed Bala’s tired and stressed out face on TV news and (my) immediate conclusion is that he’s been threatened and forced to make the second SD. The police must think we are stupid enough to buy that?

I wonder what actually Bala is up to.
My questions are : He might have good reasons not to cook the story in Najib’s kitchen, but why didn’t he go to Karpal Singh, whom he knew is a lawyer to holds a watching brief on behlaf of Altantuyah’s family.
Instead for reasons, he only knows, he went to Annuar who does not had shown not much interest in the case ever since. At this point of time, Bala’s menu was like hot cakes which Annuar did not hesistate to grab to fuel his political propaganda windmill.
Bala should have known this is gonna be a HOT SD to well prepare for any eventuality esp our Polis interference or duress.
He is (appears) UNDER DURESS to make a 2nd SD at a drop of his ****!

We need facial expert to study Bala’s face and then come up with conclusions which of the SD was made under duress.

It did not only make Bala retarct specific parts (not to confuse with what the MSM saying the “earlier” SD) but can turn a smiling relaxed guy full of of confidence into a tired looking, reticent and a little confused. WOW! Can someone tell where in Brickfieds is this Fish head curry joint?

The mainstream press printed Bala’s retraction point by point and each point is about Najib.
I don’t think they printed Bala’s first SD at all, just quote some parts. Have to protect the boss, you know?
But now, it’s all splashed in the mainstream press, just that it’s preceded by a denial eg. “At no material time did Razak tell me that Najib had a sexual relationship with Altantuya…” etc, etc, etc.
All the juicy parts are there, point by point.

I think the fish head curry seems to have (turned) Bala’s face all from black to blue….
Meaning the fish head curry are very dangerous food indeed. Its capable of putting witnesses under threat. So lawyers must advice their witnesses to stay away from fish head…. ha ha ha ha ha ha
Another thing, why does the POLICE always summon people to their office as if they are the agong? We are paying their salary so if they are doing their job and needs our help, they should come begging at my office.
And if i report a crime, they should come quickly in a squad car and take your report on site. This is what i have seen even the constable do in australia. Here in …bolehland, if i gave the local station a call, they (invariably) says…”datang balai buat laporan dulu”.
Or if u are a witness, come to balai and make your statement..

FOR example, last time I made a police report due to a break in my house, I have to come to a specific balai, where the area is under their “jurisdiction”.
Now trying to describe what you observe after the break in is quite an effort and there are bound to be slips since they insist on Bahasa, and i am only good in English for precision.
So during a littel slip, i got scolded by the “inspector”…
That is why not only i hate visiting police stations, (my experience was that my) statement (I made) there (was)… UNDER DURESS !!!!!!
I feel sorry for Bala and pray for his and his family’s safety. (I believe he) has … been forced to retract his first SD and now he and his whole family’s life is uprooted. What a nightmare for him, just because he was trying to tell the truth. This country has gone to the dogs and our leaders have betrayed … us. I pray the Pakatan Rakyat can take over and will correct all the injustices and alleged (wrongdoings) that have been committed by the the PM, DPM, lots of other corrupt government leaders, ex-judges and judges, the IGP, the AG, the whole b***** lot! (if found guilty) they ought to be jailed… But I’m afraid that power comes from the barrel of a gun, and the people will continue to be intimidated, locked up, (and maybe even) brutalised, tortured, etc. I admire all the brave good opposition leaders, NGOs and people that have stood up against the corrupt government despite the threat to their well-being. for a man to come up with a SD and then come up with another a few hours after … there is something fishy going on here. why is the PM keeping quiet on this issue. was bala under duress to come up with the second SD. his lawyer said he wasn’t under duress when he came up with the first SD. it’s quiet insulting to our intelligence to observe what’s happening…. any layman would now be wondering as what had actually happened to bala to retract his fisrt SD. where is bala now? please look for him and please ensure that he is save. please thoroughly investigate what’s going on… people are getting fed up with all these happenings.
Bala! Do not go anywhere. If anyone hurts you, that proves the 1st SD is TRUE. If u are still safe, then the 2nd SD is TRUE and the 1st is a make-up. Simple maths, ma.

THe Bala that was with Anwar is smartly dressed, slim and handsome, with an actor looking moustache.
The other one with the police looks like a contractor with puffy cheek, badly dressed in T shirt, big arms and bloated body like someone with hypertension…..

Bala and family missing? Has the police revisited the site in Bukit Rajah where Altantuya was sent to meet her ancestors in a “blaze of C4 Glory”??
