6.44pm Bukit Gantang Unofficial results PAS 4,929, BN 3,161, Independent 9. Majority 1,768.
6.25pm Batang Ai UNOFFICIAL: BN wins Batang Ai. It is leading with an almost unassailable majority of 1,600 after 21 of 24 boxes have been counted. Boxes from polling stations which closed at 5pm are to be counted soon but it is unlikely that PKR will be able overcome the huge vote deficit.
