Tomorrow may never come.
That’s the apprehension; yet it’s the truth for RPK, Raja Petra Kamarudin. Just read today’s Malaysia Today “No Holds Barred” and needless to say, he sounds downright sorrowful.
Tomorrow’s court case could decide his fate. An ‘Anak Bangsa Malaysia’ is being put on trial once again. Will there be a better tomorrow for him – and for us?
You can make a difference.
RPK’s ISA trial begins at 9.00am, tomorrow, 17 Feb, at the Putrajaya Federal Court.
Let’s all pray or think about RPK to prevent a rearrest from happening. Whether we agree or not with the man, we all know the Home Minister’s case holds no water whatsoever and is politically motivated.

I am so upset by what I read there. I hope he will leave this country and continue his work. He can do more outside than inside the cell. Help persuade him to leave. We can say we will pray for him, we will be with him, we will this and that but in the end, who will be suffering in jail?

Truly a man of valor and courage guided unerringly by his inner compass. Indeed he has caused a rekindled light to start in us.
We’ve switched on our car headlights and even wore black to signify the fall of democracy. How about wearing red now? Red signifies courage and strength. Let not the spirit of RPK die as the sea of red rises up to celebrate, acknowledge and honour him, a man of extraordinary valor who has build a pipeline of truth and inspiration so big that it cannot be easily shut off.

While I agree that there must be laws to ensure that the government of the day has the power to prevent major disruption to the Country, the ISA has been used for political purposes. It is also a law which is “over the top” in terms of the power it gives the government.
Hence, it has to be repealed and all people of good will must push for its removal. The application of the ISA to people like RPK and the hindraf people is the pits. One wonders if the people who used that law in these cases have any human feelings.
It is incumbent on all good people to increase their efforts many fold in opposition of the law. For a start, I hope there is a very large and peaceful turn out of supporters at the Putrajaya Federal court on the 17th morning. All NGO’s. political parties and other organizations must mobilize in support.

Don’t play a fool with him.
Bolehland would definitely lose a great freedom fighter who always sticks to his principles if he were to be put in Kamunting (Guantanamo Bay?).

I shed a tear reading your message, but do not blame you for how you feel the last few months to this point, with the the ongoing “Gutter Political” charade developing in this great nation after your “Sacrifices & Struggles” for our Barisan Rayaat’s Anak Bangsa Malaysia cause.
