As law abiding citizens, let the law take it's course, and not take to the streets, as what Hindraf's trade mark is, and shouting unrealistic demands. This High Chaparral case was an unresolved legacy from the previous BN Government, and using a Pakatan election promise as a leverage to demand for redress, is just not it. I think the residents in Kg Pala should explore other options like altenative sites and higher compensations instead of fighting a case that is totally legal. There is an hidden agenda to this and this looks like the National Service format. I am wondering how on earth can he Just say 50 million at this time of recession. We have not felt the full impact yet but there are strong sentiments prevailing at this time. Leaving alone recession, has he done a in depth study of the additional forces. Maybe he is trying to eyewash the raykat with 50 million. How on earth are you going to enlighten him. A few questions that need to be answered to the tax payers: 1. What about the cost of buildings and land acquisitions to station, train and equipment? 2. Imagine the cost to feed them during the training period or while on duty. 3. What about their logistics requirement such as Uniforms, weapons, Ammo and fleet of vehicles, we are talking about 222 centers? 4. The objective of their establishment is utter rubbish when you have regular Army, Police, Air Force and the Navy to be utilized. On top of this we have the familiar Police Field Force. 5. Even thought it is 50 million, what will be the figures at the end of a certain period?
