Small business with low capital out lay, 3. Small capital for service industry, would have BETTER ideas than the POLLUTED Brains of the Cabinet, in utilising monetary allocations. Whatever Master Plans that the Government have put in place, or the So-called 9th Malaysia Plan, or Mid-term Reviews, ....who eventually benefit from them??? Sad to say, all those grandiose plans have not benefitted the Majority. And those coming plans are merely self-serving, politically -centered purpose.
