He has betrayed the trust of the rakyat. he is not strong on people's issues like prices, ISA, corruption and police brutality. He stoodby without voicing these issues. He should have been the first citizen to condemn acts like the ones recently. On the contrary he "tai chi-ed" them and allowed some minsiters to take a larger role in these issues. When the negative happened he never ventured to correct it effectively. Those caught for corruption were mostly small fries..and the big ones in immmigration caught recently only tells the story of selective prosecution. And don't forget this...he is supposed to be a model Muslim for all..but negative things happening in this fasting month and during his period begs this question now.. ... and the recent temple demolition in Selangor looks like a well planned tit for tat operation done against the will of the MB. to put him in a bad light... With the power transition...it will not make a difference but as I see it the political situation for the people may become worse and heavily UMNO centered. Najib's character is in question. His wife's innocence is in question. The person who says has the evidence is incarcerated in Jail..so he cannot come out to provide the evidence. Unless he is freed and brought to trial for questioning this (question) mark on Najib will remain in the eyes of the Malaysian public and the world..Is Najib prepared to risk this??? I have assumed that the incarceration of Raja Petra is to silence him... As for the academic and frivolous reason for putting him in ISA, this only makes the public more curious. The fact he is put in for rehabilitation is the most ridiculous reason because the man was not attacking Islam but rather attacking the way it was being practised by UMNO. ... So, having Najib as the next PM is a big question mark. Also important is who is going to be his deputy? If he picks Mat Taib ... not good for the nation and not good as examples for the younger leaders.. Malaysia will still be in a doldrum......
