Thailand’s most senior forensic pathologist, the renowned Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand, dropped a bombshell at the Teoh Beng Hock inquest today.

Hmmm. Let me see. Woman? Check. Foreign? Check. Troublesome? Check.
I suppose it’s too early yet to check to see if her immigration records have gone missing?
It could be suicide. While the circumstances of Teoh’s death are appalling and look very much like a smoking gun, it would be wrong to rule anything out.
What we really need is the assessment of independent expert investigators. I wish Pornthip had seen the body earlier. I hope if she asks to examine the body, the family will grant her the opportunity without delay – it has to be the best source of evidence.

I think i should commit suicide 2 years ago, because when the time i gonna married, my account have RM10k, 1 day before marry, it left Rm100, after married left RM25.38. But i’m so lucky, because a day before married i’m at my home not MACC.

My analysis of Gerakan K. He/she is a (paid?) UMno cyber-trooper. His/her pro-BN comments can be found in every articles related to malaysian politics. How can a guy/gals be so well informed (although most of the time he just talk (nonsense)) hide behind a veil called Gerakan K???.
From day one, I hold MACC responsible for TBH death be it homicide or suicide beacuse he is still in MACC custody at the time of death…unless MACC can prove otherwise by showing the document the late TBH signed to retrieve his belongings held by MACC at the start of the cruel interogation….

All judiciary and independent commission or inquest done locally and the officials selected by the UMNO goons (tend to be perceived as) biased unless officials of these independent commission, inquest or enquiry were selected independent of the ruling government.

With Doctor Pornthip’s testimony, “Let us all Malaysians, send (those responsible for) Teoh Beng Hock’s (death) to Hell”.
Doctor Pornthip is no ordinary forensic pathologist, she is reknowned for making her findings without fear or favour. Remember the incident in South Thailand where hundreds of young Muslims died? It was Doctor Pornthip, who dare to take on Thaksin, with her no holds barred findings, on the cause of the death of so many young Muslim men. It is therefore no wonder that Dr. Pornthip is disliked by the many majority Thais because of her findings which she put forth without fear or favour.
We salute Dr. Pornthip for her total professionalism and we thank the Selangor State Government in bringing in reknown professionals like Dr. Pornthip, to crack cases, which normal Malaysians cannot solve. At least,as a layman, what we want is a more transparent Malaysia. It is good that improvments had been made by the State PR led Government. Another thumbs up for PR State is the financial prudence practised by the Penang State Government, that benefits the masses.
Dr. Pornthip, through her professional self, had clarified that she is not here to embarass the Federal Government and the Police or those in the medical profession, but, only to do her job, as she is employed to do so. Let us, Malaysians, let her do the job without fear or favour and without harassments from any organizations! Let the truth prevail!
On another note, it is good that the professionals in PR has started performing with Tony Pua, the shining star. The Rakyat has awakened! Malaysians now want professionals like this, to debate with details in parliament. The days of the warlords are over or about to end. KJ, is one of calibre to the BN, provided he walks the middle path. Yes, parliamentary debate, will certainly be more exciting with people of such calibres debating with facts and figures.
Will more Malaysians of calibre rise up to join whichever party you deem fit so that the wakil rakyats, are as good or equivalent to those of our neighbours? To the younger generation, it is in your hands to wipe out the warlords, old horses that cannot contribute to our society anymore.

Firstly is this inquest conducted independently??
Inquest of Death is conducted to ascertain the possible causes of death and to determine any foul play and the party possible responsible for it and if there is possible foul play and then present the outcome to AG for further action.
Secondly the allegations and suspects??
1. MACC killed the Teoh during interrogation and threw him out the window?
2. DAP Business Contractor Thugs killed Teoh to prevent Teoh becoming prosecution witness against DAP Reps in misappropriating the Constituencies Funds and to prevent Teoh from adducing further evidence on the corruption of DAP Aduns?
The Possible Suspects??
1. MACC Officials?
2. DAP Aduns /Reps/Contractors?
Therefore is it proper for Gobind Singh Deo ( DAP MP) to represent Teoh’s Family to ascertain the truth behind the death of Teoh in view of his conflict of interest position??
Whys is there a ” Gentleman Agreement” between MACC and Gobind Singh that the inquest is confined within evindence pertaining to the 4 receipts only!!!!
In any death inquest or a trial proper.. all evidence should be available to Court as long it is RELEVANT to the matter on trial to ascertain the truth!!!
This is DEATH of person.. shd there be GENTLEMAN AGREEMENT on the evidence made available to Court???
A Court can only make decision on the evidence tendered to the Court.All relevant evidence should be made available to the Court.
Therefore it is proper that Gobind Singh Deo shd recluse himself from representing Teoh’s Family to avoid embarassment to the Court and to ensure proper inquest is conducted.

Lineclear, your attempt at planting suspicion to throw off the scent is really quite clear. This seem to be an ironic twist of questioning the independence of the court when it is not going in umno’s controlled universe.
(Many of us) are very clear that TeohBH was tortured. All the evidences, no matter how you wish to twist and spin or cover it up point towards that conclusion.
The theory that TeohBH was killed by dap aduns and hired contractors or triad linked to dap aduns is a desperate attempt at muddying the water. It is essentially a smear campaign without substance nor basis.
Now, are we clear on this?

We dont need an expert here.. The inquest is just … for the benefit of both MACC n DAP!!
We dont have to be Eistein to figure out (how he died) because i dont think there was any history of a Chinese Male commiting suicide on the eve of his marriage especially when the fiancee is pregnant!!!

The important question here is who (is responsible)??
[Possible suspects)
1. MACC Officials during the interogation
2. DAP Contractors Thugs to prevent Teoh from spilling
the beans on the DAP or to become prosecution witness.
3. Or MACC & DAP Thugs jointly.
Notwithstanding any outcome of the Inquest .. whether it is a murder or suicide, the MACC is fully liable for TEOH death because he was last seen alive with them!!!
The DAP demand for the INQUEST in fact could possibly jeopardize the Teoh Family civil claim chances against the MACC because of the possibility of the Inquest find the death as probable suicide in view of insufficient evidence for a murder.
Who is benefiting the most from the Inquest???
Is it
Teoh’s Family? Obviously nothing so far
DAP ?? Excellent Free Publicity for Public Defender DAP
Gobind Singh
MACC?? Excellent chance for MACC to declare that death
is most probably suicide and clear themselves of

At the end of the day.. the possible obvious loser will be Teoh’s Family…
The DAP & MACC have nothing to lose…
The DAP will get great publicity be seen as fighting for Teoh and to contain the damage of possible (alleged) corruption !!!!!
MACC will get the golden opportunity to absolve themselves from liability of Teoh’s Death !!!!
The proper CALL of Public Protest should be that AG direct the Police for the investigation on the murder/death and to prosecute those responsible for the death/murder immediately!!
It was totaly selfish and irresponsible of DAP to call for an inquest of Teoh Death in view of possible outcome of the Inquest for a “Publicity Stunt” for the party and/or to save the Party from further embarassment of the possible (alleged) corruption!!!!

1- Khunying may be barred from entering Malaysia due to “immigration problem” to hinder her work
2- The grave of the late Teoh might be in danger . As KhunYing is willing to perform a 2nd autopsy and Teoh’s family might apply for an exhume order.
The grave must be protected .
3- The local doctors and forensic better keeps their mouth shut and learn a thing or two from Khunying Dr Pornthip.

1. Much has been said regarding the Teoh Beng Hock saga.
2. Sadly some people would like to use this unfortunate and tragic event as a political mileage in their never ending political ambitions.
3. I have heard a lot about what allegedly happened on that fateful morning however since the inquest is on-going I am bound to keep tight lip about it at least until the inquest is over.
4. However if a person uses their mind in the right manner, one might be able to see what is really going on.
5. Today, Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand testified at the court after she was brought specially from Thailand on the expense of the Selangor state government.
6. No one should/could deny her many experiences in handling forensic cases since she has worked on over thousands of cases before.

Excuse me while I continue to roll on the floor. I had read your rather desperate attempt at obfuscation and misleading your readers.
Dr.PR had looked at all the exhibits including the reports of the 2 pathologists. Her 2 attendants had come earlier to go through with the local pathologists.
The evidence of strangulation was reported by both our own pathologists and they did so due to contusions below the skin. As she had said that such contusions is not obvious from the photographs and your attempt at trying to make her look incompetent only demonstrated your own insincerity.

Now with her testimony which “IS” against MACC’s doing, some “smart” alec will say that the good Dr. is wrong….!!!

A little worried after the 2nd autopsy the findings from the present situation is different. The Thai consultant may said she was wrong at the this instance. …

Like Niclee, I was also very lucky not at Malaysian Accredited Corruption Corporation’s (MACC) office right before I got married and bought my overpriced undervalued proton saga.
I have less than RM2,000 the nite before I got married and RM65 the day I took delivery of my car. Had I been at MACC’s office, they probably accuse of of desparately in need of money, committed CBT…. I was really blessed not to be at MACC’s office. Must thank my lucky star.
