I wish Anwar will stop doing that, making a stance/allegation/charge, stating a date that he will make further expose, and before we know it our attention is diverted by yet another scandalous happening in the country. why wait? i see a pattern emerging, and it’s beginning to wear thin.

What about PMs comment that “the people are fed up” with the opposition such as this “oil hike protest”?

Well, he is only right on the part that we the people are FED UP..

BUT fed up on what?? thats the difference…

WE ARE FED UP, YES, VERY VERY FED UP… with

2. … Fat Mama as DPM
3. Clowning act of SIL at 4th Flr
4. Mee Sodom as an on going topic…
5. Mamak … as the has been PM, with a loud mouth talking c***.
6. The Bolehland Hollywood Bollywood Sandiwara, making … Bolehland a laughing stock to the rest of the world

AND MOST OF ALL, WE ARE SIMPLY BLOODY FED UP WITH

aaaaaaanything to do with UMNO, BN, Ketuanan Melayu, Religion, Sensitive Issue, ISA, OSA, Sedition, ….. all from A to Z

I simpley wish all of these …. simply dissappear and be sent to heaven and hell overnight…

we are soooooo tired…..

Anyway, congratulations to the crowd, whose unruly response proved that such rock concerts and protest gatherings spell ‘trouble’ and ‘violence’.

Civil society will find it a little harder to claim their democratic right to assemble peacefully now.

RM625/= rebate given by BN Govt to owners of cars up to 2000c.c. as well as rebates in cash of less than RM200/=to motorcycle owners. AAB says this is because the BN govt. understand the sufferings of the people and this is to reduce their burden. AAB had also said that the people should not depend on subsidies too much as the BN govt cannot afford to keep on subsidising.

Now, if the reasons given by AAB are true I would have supported him 100%. But the 6th July 2008′s Mingguan Malaysia reported the KSU of Domestic Trade and Industry ministry as saying that the Govet is forced to pay RM500 million in commission to petrol station dealers all over the country as a result of the Govet’s announcement of an increase in the dealers’ commission from 9.5 sen to 12.19 sen per litre of petrol and 4.5 sen to 9 sen per litre of diesel sold by them. The reason given was that some parties refused to cooperate to resolve the fuel price increase crisis!

What ridiculous reason is the Govt giving for using the people’s money to pay commission to petrol dealers. Such commission should be paid by the multinational oil companies to their dealers and not the Govt. Why should our money be used to pay to the dealers whom we know are making lots of profit due to the huge increase in fuel price as naturally more quantities of fuel will need to be purchased by users as compared to previously. With this commission being paid to the dealers from our people’s money the actual quantum of increment in fuel price will not be 41% for petrol but will be more! So also will it be for diesel.

Wow! What a generous Govt we have in Malaysia. Any company which thinks that it is unable to cope with the fuel crisis can go and get from the Govt extra commission instead of asking from the supplier(s). So, I hereby call upon all businessmen, taxi drivers, transport operators, ferry operators, etc., etc. who are unable to cope with the fuel price crisis to demand from the Govt subsidies similar in nature to that of the petrol dealers. The Govt should not discriminate by only paying to petrol dealers and not others.

I hereby also call upon the official who was responsible for this fiasco to resign and the BN Govt to rescind the decision to pay this commission to the petrol dealers.

I really dont get it y malaysia ppl re still not thinking wisely! hmmmm doin rally and encourage ppl frm all over the state for support but in the end of rally also wat they gain or change? To think like this n participate in rally i think most stupid idea of a fellow thinking himself very smart but not actually. This malaysia is not public democratic country to hear the voice of malaysian public so wats the point of protest without direct action!
If malaysians really all one heart to protest the gov for fuel hike why dont u ppl stop buyings fuels frm petronas totally in all over the state whole malaysia. Why dont u all make the change as hit petronas wil effect gov also and it wil make petronas look for gov n gov seek for public. Its all in public hand how we do it to prevent or encourage it to goes. Follow other country is own stupid our country gov never follow laws as malaysia boleh n laws also can be changed as n when it needs.
Stop think of bala issue also as the gov (should) know more better his wherebouts. There is no such thing the gov or immirgation dept dont know if he out of malaysia okay so stop being foolish by others n gossips.

As usual Raj Raman sounds like he has posted a comment after downing 15 stouts. Totally irrelevant to the subject of ‘Oil price hike protest.’

Raj Raman has this habit of frequently s******g all over other peoples’ blogs with disjointed and jumbled up comments in pathetic English.

My advice to Raj Raman – sober up and start your own log. That way more serious-minded bloggers can avoid you!

Thank you for the link, Giko. And to think all those praises about Mahathir convert Mat Chang’s writings bore some validity.

According to our friend, who considers himself a seasoned political strategist, Badawi denied any involvement but went on to say that he did not think that Najib had any intention to do that. Talk about taking things out of context. Badawi was responding to Anwar’s accusation that the BN was behind the latest sodomy allegations against him, so it would be natural for Badawi to deny them on behalf of the BN as a whole. That would presumably include Najib, since he is his deputy, would it not?

Mat posed the question ‘When was the dagger plunged into the heart of Najib?’, and went on to assert that no one noticed, that it was an almost perfect plan, that they did not count on him seeing through their scheme and, get ready for this, hence his delay in writing this article, as he wanted to see if anyone else noticed this insidious plan. Talk about illusions of grandeur. Anyone can say anything with the benefit of hindsight.

Even when Badawi clarified…..to say that the goverment will (not) repeat what was CONSIDERED as a conspiracy, this is not true…, it seems our friend wishes to read more into it by deducing that by implication, Badawi is indirectly accusing the previous administration of conspiracy.

You can’t win with people like him. Mahathir and he are made for each other is what I think.
