I believe as a concern citizen of Malaysia, the govt. must be fair. In other words, PR is still the head of Perak Govt. this is because Ir. Nizar is still the MB. After all the 3 wakil rakyat that wons the seat as wakil won the seat under the tickets of PKR & DAP. Tapi mereka berpaling tadah dan tidak berparti. So kalau mereka berpaling tadah rakyat tidak menyokong mereka lagi. So the best is pilihan raya kecil sekali lagi. Sultan tidak boleh masuk campur sebab ini bidang politik yg rakyat pilih. So jgnlah gaduh sesama sendiri. Apa pun must be fair & reasonable. Kalau betul rakyat sokong BN kenapa perlu rakyat merusuh. Jadi ini bererti rakyat tidak sokong BN. So BN kena professional dalam tindakannya. Jadi apa yg di lihat di Perak BN dipilih oleh kuasa yg bukannya dari politik. Berbeza dengan PR, rakyat menyokong sepenuhnya sebab itu kes ini berlarutan. Online bloggers like Anil or Harris Ibrahim should conduct a nation poll on the current sentiments of the Rakyat. Many are still ignorant about the separation of powers between the legislature and the executive thanks to the bias of the Star newspaper (read Jocelyn Tan's story claiming BN had the numbers). Here is my proposal for an online vote, subject to technical refinements: 1. Do you think the BN's attempts to establish its MB and rule over Perak is legal? 2. Do you know that the constitution enshrines the separation of powers beween the Monarch (the King), Parliament and the courts of law that the judiciary and the executive cannot interfere with legal functions of the legislature? 3. Do you know that the King cannot remove an elected MB although he can appoint one if there is a vacancy? 4. Do you think the Speaker Siva was removed illegally by the police? 5. Do you think all Malaysians should support and sympathise with Perakian's suffering at the hands of BN? 6. Should the courts's decision be final or does the courts have any right to interfere with the legislature?
