Well, suddenly - life back to 'normal' the same old routine and same old stuff to work on, pretty mandane?. RPK's fault lah!! Of course Not, Im just joking. But thats how I felt. Its really a piece of my life that went along to Kemuning as well. But was it worth it? You bet! If I have to do it again, I WILL! Thats my resolve that I shall live a new life, worthy of RPK's name and purpose. The rightous shall prevail! AWAKENING HOPE One week seemed to be a long long time indeed. As I began to look back, trying to soak in every wonderful moments and experiences,I do really felt a sense of gratefulness and appreciation amidst the current 'turbulant' our Goment is creating.The ppl that I met and talk with, regardless of race and religion, whatever background, whatever age they may be, whatever profession and position, males and females,police or no police, Bloggers and 'blogees(like me lah)Journalist and perhaps some 'moles' from the evil, were all very polite, respectful, generous, patient and an atmosphere of calmness, orderly, and above all peaceful! Its impossible to explained but possible in demonstrating. This is the kind of hope RPK's is talking about. A nation without fear and shame. I remained hopeful. TRIBUTES AND THANKS Tributes to everybody that make this a mesmerizing journey yet so few traveled. Wanna know who are those that came? The politicians, Supporters: those whose frustration have been 'bottled-up' for upteen years until recently, the blinds, the young,the old, one arm gentlemen, infant that a man brought along, toddler (last nite vigil),-mind boggering.RPK's trial have touch ppl from every walk of lives. SILENCE IS DEAFENING! While all these were visible, I must make mention and pay tribute also to those who are not visible. I notice a few individual who came along and for some reason or another choose to remain 'solo' perhaps shy to mix or afraid to mix - whatever. They are in deep sadness and hopeful as well. I can tell. It is this signal that Im receiving whenever they are around. No, they are not 'spies'. Its their eyes that tells the story. Its their silence that you hear. I did test out my hypothesis of course. I found it. Truly, if you listen hard to them, they have a story to tell you too. Thats why I share with you all bros and sis, this RPK's rakyat power goes further and deeper than you think. Finally but not least, the SILENCE 'not heard as in vocal' are those like YOU! YES, YOU! NOW ON INTERNET!! Those who are outstation, Overseas, where ever you may be. YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!! KEEP UP YOUR SUPPORT!! BRAVE THE WINDS OF CHANGE!! We have a judiciary that is ... tarnished and appears to be dictated by a "correct, correct, correct" lawyer. We have a police force that is supposed to fight crime but (were) busy blocking roads to parliament. We have an attorney-general chambers that is supposed to effectively prosecute the murderers, kidnappers and the corrupt but (appears to be) only efficient on petty cases of statutory declarations and sodomy. ... We have a foreign ministry and authorities that are supposed to safeguard the country sovereignty but loose territories through inadequate arguments in international courts. We have a parliament that is supposed to debate constructively on the budget or law but is busy practising "classrooms-type" quarrels. We have various departments (like the Biro Tata Negara, ... etc) that are supposed to enhance unity but are busy spreading distrust among the races. We have the education authorities (higher and school level) who are supposed to educate our children with proper skills and values but are busy producing robots. We have ministers who champion the national schools but send their children to be educated in international schools and overseas. We have transport authorities who are supposed to provide us with economical and excellent public transport but are instead busy collecting tolls. We have an international trade ministry that is supposed to bring in foreign investment but is busy "looking for buyers" for our national car project. ... We have petroleum and gas that are supposed to assist us in our daily lives but have become catalysts to a higher cost of living (through price increases of essential goods). And we have an ex-prime minister who is supposed to be the country statesman but is busy defending his past blunders. Sadly the list goes on for our beloved country reaching 51 years.
