I think Penang Island should practice like S'pore, where certain types of vehicles with colored number plates cannot be on the road during peak hours. But I do agree that the garment should exercise great care of the ecosystem during the building process. It will be great to see a monorail adjacent to the first bridge and linking many parts of the Mainland and Island. Before the garment wishes to increase the toll charges, they must justify the latter with a highly efficient transport system. Period.
