Here's what he will say: "peng eu, peng eu, ho peng eu lai lai lai oo khang thau" -- let's build more roads for people to walk so they don't soil their designer shoes -- and good idea, let's give them some designer bricks as well -- aiya, chin chye la any pattern also can -- as long as you value-add -- can charge more ma. Call it ECO something, anything also can la -- as long as got ECO in front, can charge consultancy rate ma. Then tar the whole area up, the bigger the better -- make more car parks. Eh? Can charge by sq inch ma, and no brains needed just get Ah Hock to bulldoze the trees and flatten the ground and tar it all up -- quick and easy -- charge by sq inch somemore.
