Anil, watching the goings on in my homeland, I can say that I do not see any real change in the crap that comes out from Abdullah Badawi. An Independent ACA ? My a** !!!! As you correctly pointed out, the PM suffers from diarrhoea of the mouth and I must liken him tto what the Red Indians in USA of old say of the White settlers ” White Man (Replace that with PM) speaks with Forked Tongue. What the PM and the BN leadership fail to realise is the fact that Malaysians have had enough of the lies and the song and dance that the BN leadership perform through every day. We are tired of all this act, Mr PM. The time has come for the BN and you to be accountable for all the damage you have brought to this country. Only 18 high profile cases ??? Surely you must be wrong, Anil.
But then let us see real action on the 18 for starters before we start pulling others from under the rug, out of the magicians hat or wherever the BN have conveniently stashed them (more corruption cases I mean)

That sums up another of the numerous Pee Eem’s wayang which is only good at first sight.
Just wait and see how independent is the ‘independent’ commission.
“Reforms cannot be made quickly without really thinking about what needs to be done. You just can’t reform for the sake of reform. If the reforms are not effective, then they don’t mean anything,” he said.
Of course, we all know that, stupid! What he is trying to say is “you people may not live to see any reforms…(dream on, malaysians..) don’t you see i’m trying my best to buy time so that i can sit on that chair as long as i possibly can. in the meantime, you people will have to contend with more scripted wayangs which i’ve prepared in my 13th book”

Mr. Abdullah could have been a great towering Malaysian if only he had done half the thing he had promised to. His PMship has been a period of pompous slogans, and contradictory statements from his cabinet.

The sudden reformations he promises is left to be seen. Till the commissions are in place, we will accept that Mr. Abdullah is at his empty promises again.

What happened to the report on the “correct,correct,correct” video. Its months since the tapes were released and we are yet to see affirmative action. What hopes do we really have for these reforms to take place before Mr. Abdullah is removed from his lofty hieghts.

No point kow peh kow boh la.
You and I know that 22 years of patronage under the tutelage of Master TDM,
you still think there are no skeletons in their closet?
This corruption thing isn’t going away any time soon with your complaint.

And it is no big secret this needed to save his struggling political life.
Sudah di takdir la.
His days are numbered!
He is going after legacy and if he does pull it off,
it will be a good result for Rakyat and Malaysia.

Can I trust Badawi pull it off?
Need I be so blunt with his track record - ‘Work with me’, ‘Walk the talk’, IPCMC and big ears?
Remember Master TDM’s tutelage, ABB too needs an avenue for a way out,
and by now you guys should know LOT of PEOPLE in his camp and outside too would like to see it fail!
and because of ALL that
we, the Rakyat, DEFINITELY NEED to help him along,
and may I use a foreboding word,
SUPPORT him to set these 2 bodies -
Independent Judiciary and MCAC right with pressure groups, MPs & NGOs.
Time Rakyat also to buat kerja!

Yes skeptics and critics,
I too am not happy on the lines of reporting and the lack of “check & balance”.
As most of us as net savvy, it is not too difficult to look at the keys elements of the fame Hong Kong’s ICAC.

You will be pleasantly surprise what the keys elements are.

We have to play our role right by highlight the keys elements to your MPs, NGOs and other pressure groups on ensuring they are in place for this Bolehland’s ICAC.
Bear in mind we still have to cut a deal with the ABB for him to exit gracefully.
Do not be naive, and be a cry baby.
You cannot have your cake and eat it.
Unless …. Pakatan can be the Federal Govt, but this will be a whole new ball game and it will not happen too soon.

ABB has initiate it,
and it going to be up to us, the rakyat to CARPE DIEM
and ensure it is correctly structured
with all the essential elements are in place.

Please write to your MP, NGO and other pressure groups.
Tell them your expectations.
Text, email your friends on the key elements, the check and balances of the fame Hong Kong ICAC.
Educate your friend on the worthy cause.

It does not matter what cat is we have,
as long as we get these 2 bodies right.

At the end of it, how these 2 bodies becomes independent and effective depends VERY much the Rakyat willingness to go through to achieve it!
