no. 1 – then what happened to the other VVIP? he was also a suspect but the police never arrest him… oh… never even question him!!

no. 2 – what law of justice? there’s no justice in malaysia!! not esp. if you are anwar, anwar’s followers, opposition, ordinary rakyat.

we have lost confidence in justice, the law and the police! all bulls***!

i am one of those who is against the 2nd penang bridge. i think you know that, anil, since, i did my article on ‘do we need the penang 2nd bridge’ under your CJ training!

i first had the article up here then i also mentioned about it in my own blog.
then i got several comments that attacked me for being against the second bridge! esp. those who like to say that just because we are against the 2nd bridge, we are anti development!

i had mentioned it many times, the more roads are built, the more traffic will be on the road, and that spell more congestion.

  • Protest at Allah verdict in Penang
good that the protest was peaceful but i wonder did they have police permit to hold the protest? if no, why didn’t the police asked them to disperse? if yes, how come it is so easy for them to get permit?

you know, it looks like the judiciary will come to naught again when we have people protesting here and there against the result of the judgment. ‘let the court decide’ you always hear that BUT then after the court decide, people get angry and protest. everybody wants to be a winner! how can?

aha. how could i missed this when i made my latest post early this morning. exactly what i was wondering… what had the govt. been doing… like what anthony tan and kakipulau said. i will link this to my post.
  • Herald confusion resolved (updated)
i agree with amoker. i feel the home minister did intend want to cancel herald’s permit but they did not expect the huge outcry not only from christians but non christians too, so they have to back down and gave all sorts of excuses that no they did not intend to cancel the permit. yes they want to intimidate herald to back down on the suit!

malaysia will be made the laughing stock for wanting to copyright the ‘allah’ word!

  • Hello,

Personally for the debates my comments is similar from the rocky bru’s comment, is that Shabery played the blame game but not that excessively. DSAI Anwar previously was Minister of Finance, so he has no problem in giving such debates. He was indeed a part of the policy-making BN machine.

The Info Minister had reminded Anwar that in 1997 he was subscribing to IMF prescriptions, such as pushing up interest rates sky high, which hurt a lot of business people and the layman.

However both speakers conducted themselves very well. They were not emotional and stuck to the topic.

Hopefully this debate program could be done frequently in the future for food of thoughts for the public and the government towards developing our country.

Of course he would be arrested as he is involve with his sodomy case. You don’t expect suspect of the case to be walking freely in this place, right?

It doesn’t matter if he is innocence or otherwise, let the law of justice decide it all.

  • Anwar’s arrest is living testimony that the UMNO/BN s***bags have no more answers to all the queries he raised about their corruption, cronyism, nepotism and mismanagement. Anwar has exposed all their dirty skeletons and (perhaps) the only way they can stop Anwar is to arrest him. Perhaps the time has now come for the King to intervene and sack the PM, DPM and the whole bunch of those UMNO s***bags. The time has also come for people’s power to (oppose) this sickening gomen which has no legitimacy to govern. 1 million people should now take to the streets in KL, Putrajaya to demand that the PM release Anwar at once!

  • Mister ,

That is easy for you to say. I hope one day your son gets arrested and bail is not given and the Courts take 6 years for your son/daughter’s case to come to trial and he rots in jail for 6 years.

Let me hear you talk about “Let the law of justice decide it all”

Best of all, after 6 years of your sons/daughters life wasted away in detention, hope the Judge then declare “Innocent”.

  • Sunwayopal,

Your lack of understanding in reading judgments is symptomatic of the problems facing most Anwar’s supporters.

However, we are surprised that Police have taken action in arresting Anwar. However, we are not surprised if we consider Anwar as just another normal citizen, accused of a sexual offence.

We pray that the truth will prevail, regardless in favor of whom.

On the debate, UMNO D.U has come up with a response that Shabery clearly failed to raised yesterday

    Read it @ http://www.suaradu.com

  • The World is watching. Every right thinking Rakyat is angry. Watch your conducts, esp the Polis. You’ve no rights to manhandle Anwar. Release him as he is still innocent until proven guilty.
BN, do it right, not dirty!

  • History teaches us important lessons. There is strength in numbers!

Some examples of popular responses to tyranny:

    1. General strike e.g. May 1968 in Paris, France (ended Charles de Gaulle’s rule)

    2. Refusal to obey unjust laws e.g. Mahatma Gandhi’s Salt March of 1930

    3. Mothers of the Plaza de Mayor in Buenos Aires, Argentina i.e. weekly protests for their loved ones who had been “disappeared” by the military regime of the mid-1970s

    4. Chilean women banging pots and pans to protest hyperinflation during the rule of President Salvador Allende

    5. People Power movement of the Philippines (ended the rule of Ferdinand Marcos and Erik Estrada)

  • Dear sunwayopal,

May I add please. “Hopefully your son rot … in the dungeon, then they say he is innocent. Or probably Mister rot first and could only hear his son is innocent without being able to response.”

    I think that is better…

  • Sorry, should be Joseph “Erap” Estrada!

    Flying fingers!

The Spanish term for banging pots and pans is CACEROLAZO

  • To UMNO DU,

If you all still consider yourself as human being,
pls convey the message to your leader snfd ask them to stop insulting Rakyat’s Intelligence on the allegation against DSAI!

  • Now they are looking for Raja Petra. Those so-called humans are not in the mode of destruction, any obstacles will be terminated.

Pray for their safety. If anything should happens to both of them, we the rightful rakyat should walk out and uphold the justice. Bring those morons down!

  • These idiots are clever. They charge DSAI and RPK simultaneously so that the peoples’ support will be divided. But not so clever though. I am wondering what would be the comment from the … BADWI from the south.

  • The b******* have done it again, Anil. (In my opinion), Musa is the biggest … culprit who carries the anarchy on his shoulder. The A-G is an irresponsible t…… who can’t even move an inch in his own thoughts. How can these people claim to be the high officials standing in to protect and safeguard lives and interests of those in civil establishments? I don’t want talk about PM here, as he is unworthy of any words we may have in the dictionary. A damn superficial fella.

  • Why the hell are the authorities treating Anwar like some-kind-of-an-Osama? The PM being the kepala for PDRM has just bunked his credibility to the pits. And so should fall all of humpty dumpty’s horses too. No?!?

Please Mr PM do you not realize that this arrest has now totally betrayed the rakyat’s iota of hope in you and your fellow stooges? More so when Anwar had publickly stated that he will be there at PDRM at 2.00 pm.

My God, the dark clouds are indeed setting all around us.

What have our last bastion His Majesty the King got to say?

  • It is so clear there is one law for THEM! and one separate law for the rest of us.

There is no justice for all as alluded by mr Mugam.

And UMNODU, i have one question to ask you and if this doesnt prove that this politically motivated , I dont know what is!!!

I ask you this, from Merdeka 1957 up to now, can you tell me how many males have been arrested for the crime of sodomising another man (lets leave alone conviction).

    Just tell me how MANY!!!!

    ZERO!!!!! Other than Datuk Seri!!!!

Not politically motivated???? 51 years from 1957 to 2008!!!!ZERO!

  • A normal citizen gets arrested by a multitude of policemen in baclava and a 15 car convoy? The next time u get mugged, try shouting loudly. 99% of the time, no police is around. Then you go to the Balai to report, and will never get feedback. DSAI did not get preferencial treatment, he got preferencial intimidation. Please think before writting, most UMNO lovers still think that there is rule of law. Tell that to UMNO Penang who can demonstrate and nobody get caught.

  • mugam,
You are trying to be righteous in a WRONG way.Maybe you atre not aware that sodomy is NOT a crime in many civilised countries. If those countries do not consider them criminals, I believe that they are not violent and not a threat to human lives. Why treat Anwar in such a harsh manner?
Remember that we have an alleged murder who was allowed bail and this guy is well connected.
Mugam, just compare the two of them!!!

  • Our hearts and prayers go out to you, Izzah, your mum and the rest of the family.

  • To put the record straight Anwar did NOT support the IMF measures in the 1997 crisis. This was a mischevious statement put out by Mahathir when he brought Anwar down in the first “sodomy” conspiracy when Anwar opposed him for using huge sums of public funds from the GLCs to bailout his cronies’ companies who were bleeding badly from the currency turmoil exarcebated by lack of proper governance and transparency in financial management. Anwar had given various public statements about the need for these measures (good governance & transparency) around the time prior to his arrest (please look up the newspapers of that time period) and also pushed through the Anti-Corruption Act (when he was acting Prime Minister while Mahathir took a 2 month leave). Ironically, transparency & anti-corruption measures were also among the chief concerns of the IMF prescriptions in countries such as Indonesia & South Korea, who ironically have rebounded stronger than Malaysia since the crisis. This was among the things that drove Mahathir to turn against his deputy. Remember that Mahathir never wanted Anwar as his no. 2 – he was forced to appoint him when Anwar won the UMNO internal party polls decisively.

Because of Anwar’s intellectual superiority (compared to existing UMNO contemporaries which isn’t too difficult!), his oratorial & public relations skills, leadership, favourable reputation with other world leaders – the Muslim world and the West, and crucially seen as a leader with good moral values & strong family life: the only way to bring him down, especially in the Malay Muslim majority, is to drag his morals into question – and the case cannot just be one of loose women / gambling etc (since so many of the UMNO leaders seem to be smirched with this), but a story that would arouse such horror and disgust among the Malay muslims that would cause even the staunchest supporters to feel some doubt in their support for him.

They could never touch him on corruption simply because there is nothing there. It was easier to put out a story that he is a serial rapist of unwilling men, who overpowered by his brute strength, succumbed to being sodomised – what could be easier than getting someone’s dna these days and putting it in strategic places? Never mind connecting the dots (a sad reflection of the strength of critical thinking among some segments of the Malaysian public, Malaysia O Malaysia….).

This second “sodomy” conspiracy leaves a lot of us, the silent Malay muslim majority, in grave disquiet. UMNO has done a lot for the Malays but no “gratitude” is due – you serve us because we are your masters, not the other way around. The last election was a real watershed. I will never vote for “party” ever again. Each time, I will examine the background & demeanour & track record of the candidate who is representing himself as the best servant for the public.

If Anwar has done nothing else, if he fails, if he falls, this is his legacy.

He is not an unfallible human being. His economic arguments are well thought out and well communicated. But there is so much economic uncertainty in the world today, that I do not know if all of it will work. But 10 years ago: I do know this, after following the case & reading Stanley Augustines 100+ pages of judicial judgement: he is NO sodomite. The judgement raised more questions in my mind then answers as the “story” the learned judge “painted” just did not gel. There were too many gaps in the storyline. I have no doubt the spin doctors are as hard at work this time, and this time they will no doubt be more crafty and devious having learned that the “black-eye” approach only served to turn many people off (even their supporters).

Well, men may plot and plan, but God has far greater plans too…

  • The emergence of the new MAHAFIRAUN..

  • RR

They going to pay for this. BN & the gang have done a sin. You see Khir Toyo lost the state because of his wrong doing.

Is killing is more humane than liwat? Well arrest the VVIP (and others linked to that case) too Mr Mugam. Don’t try to be fair when actually you make a fool of urself.

  • Whatever the charge is, whatever the evidences are, no matter how much the Govt, police and media will try to convince us; the manner the Government and police are handling this (with no human decency at all)..there is NO WAY the ordinary rakyat will believe Anwar is guilty.

  • [...] Anilnetto – Anwar “wins” debate hands down – but is now arrested [...]

  • (UMNO) at work, no one can critize the gomen, no one can stand in the way of the gomen. Anwar phobia at its peak, its scripted that he will be charged in the court.it a political execution.sodomy become the NO 1. in list of serious crime.

now, the stupid khairi demands DNA, … the underhand dirty tactics by UMNO govt is disgusting, ungentlemanly, unfair and discriminative. i think the more agressive and foolish handle this matter, the event could be the catalyst for the downfall of this undemocratic govt.

  • For me – as a muslims – still I was very proud to say go to hell with …

Pls all can u imagine is it so easy for us to do this to a normal guy (lelaki sejati) as claim by his fiance.
This is bull s*** … unless saiful was a gay… and he claims done by DSAI.
    Everything is possible.
anything possible when you’re trying to frame…

  • Already Mahafiruan’s son Minifiruan has made a statement in the house that he is sure that DSAI has committed sodomy. Meanwhile the S-I-L is demanding DNA to be taken although DSAI is not even charged yet. Perhaps these guys know something that we do not.

  • Wow. I cannot believe why some of you all are being so short minded. Yes I’m aware of the Altantuya case and the sodomy case.

And some of the gentleman upstairs is saying that is sodomy is not a crime in civilized country. I wonder if you have citizens doing that sort of actions in your country.

And I don’t care if Najib is involved either in the Altantuya case. If he is involed he will be getting his punishment just as the rest.

To be truth, I dont even prefer them both, because they are the c***** in their party.

for those who expect too high of Anwar, let me brief you this..

When you read Malaysiakini Roadblocks cause gridlock in KL where you are told that at least 600 police personnel manned roadblocks along major roads leading to Parliament … yadda yadda … in anticipation of protests ahead of a possible PKR initiated debate of no confidence in PM AAB, and the recent Protes rally, etc, you would not be blamed for believing the general election must be just a few weeks away, when it had been over since 09 march 2008.

When you read Malaysiakini Parliament turns into a ‘war zone’ where the police had obtained a court order barring Anwar Ibrahim and his supporters from coming within 5 km of Parliament House, you would also be forgiven for not realising that the BN headed by PM AAB had won 140 parliamentary seats in the recent election in March 2008, while Pakatan Rakyat headed supposedly by Anwar Ibrahim, and claimed by his supporters as being on the ‘cusp’ of becoming the new PM, had won only 82.

It’s almost 1998 all over again or the aggravation of the Ijok by-election magnified to national scale – what’s just missing would be the water bottle battle! See my Ijok – glimpses of Vision 2020.

Behind the unusual (or is it?) turmoil after a very recent general election, where the margin of the majority for the ruling party is a respectable and comfortable 58 seats, must be an explanation for the continuous agitated political instability – an instability that has unmistakably at its core the central figure of Anwar Ibrahim, a man whom I suspect is extremely dissatisfied with his personal* lack of political progress.

    * by contrast the Pakatan Rakyat (exclusive of the person of Anwar Ibrahim) did very well to wrestle 5 States away from the BN and to deny the BN a 2/3 majority in Parliament, in any language two very commendable achievements.

In Greek mythology Achilles was the greatest warrior on the Greek side in the Trojan War. When he was still a baby, his mother Thetis, a sea nymph (an immortal) wanted to make him immortal as well by bathing him in the Styx, a magical river which formed the boundary between Earth and Hades, the mythological underworld.

But because she held him by one of his heel as she dipped him into the Styx, that heel was not bathed with the magic waters of the river and remained mortal and vulnerable.

During the Trojan War, he was basically (almost) invincible until he was fatally wounded in the same (unbathed) heel by an arrow shot by Paris, son of King Priam of Troy.

Thus an Achilles’ heel is a fatal weakness (metaphorically not physical only) in spite of overall strength, actually or potentially leading to downfall.

Anwar Ibrahim has an Achilles heel, and on this I don’t want to hear any of those salacious comments pertaining to recent events.

In my opinion, Anwar’s Achilles heel has been and still is his impatience.

Coupled with his excessive political ambitions, his Achilles heel had been and will be his downfall.

I will use the starting point of this discussion to refer to Chinese daily Guang Ming’s interview of Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK) of the influential blog Malaysia Today (note blog’s new URL) sub-titled ‘Anwar Should Not Have Challenged Tun Ghafar Baba’.

    RPK wrote (relevant extract):

Anwar’s power within Umno was strengthened after he became the Umno Youth Chief. But he was too ambitious and wanted to challenge Tun Ghafar Baba for the position of Deputy Umno President.

Raja Petra and many of Anwar’s friends did not agree with Anwar challenging Ghafar as they felt he should wait until the Deputy President retires.

“We all knew that Ghafar would not become the Prime Minister. He was nine months older than Dr Mahathir and his education background was only standard six. But Malays respected him, as he was one of the fighters for the independence of Malaya.”

“Malays have deep respect for Ghafar. You don’t just overthrow him like that. Anwar should have given Ghafar more time to resign on his own. Therefore, I didn’t agree with the young Anwar challenging Ghafar. I think he was showing no respect to an elder.”

Thus, Raja Petra and Anwar parted ways. He and his friends no longer wanted to help Anwar in his campaign for Deputy President.

“However, Anwar had strong support from Umno Sabah. At that time there was a bonus system in which a candidate would automatically receive 10 bonus votes for every nomination. The situation was very unfavourable to Ghafar so he stepped down to allow Anwar to take over.”

Here was Anwar’s impatience showing through where he humiliated one of the UMNO ‘Angkatan 46’ mercilessly into political oblivion.

It was said that during the triumphant celebration in UMNO headquarters where every UMNO personality rushed towards surrounding the new Crown Prince, poor discarded Ghafar Baba, the ‘deposed’ No 2 UMNO man was seen shuffling on the sideline by himself in an abject state of humiliated daze and shamed confusion, clutching in his arms a plastic shopping bag like a vagabond, yes, a political vagabond.

While the Bodek-ites did their sycophantic acts, they did not fail to see the self esteem of Ghafar Baba, or whatever was left of it, was smashed to smithereens, totally humiliated by an ambitious and very impatient young rising star, who spared no mercy for one of the UMNO ‘pioneers’.

Anwar couldn’t even wait for (then) 70 year old Ghafar Baba to leave in more dignified manner. But undoubtedly, as RPK said, the Malays saw with grave trepidation an ‘ugly’ ambitious Anwar without any respect for his elders.

I won’t go into his tenure as the Education Minister where many non-Malays still remember what he had done to us.

Then in 1998, Anwar’s close associate, Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (the Pemuda UMNO Chief), gave notice that the Youth Wing would initiate a debate on ‘cronyism and nepotism’, obviously a move by the Anwar faction to nudge Dr Mahathir out a.s.a.p.

It’s Anwar’s impatience again, wanting to assume the No 1 political position without any delay. So the plan was to push Dr M out of office through the embarrassment of exposed ‘cronyism and nepotism’.

It’s amazingly silly considering that Dr M had felt comfy giving rein of the nation to Anwar just a year back and was actually on the verge of retiring.

Yes of course the storyline after Anwar’s sacking portrayed Dr M as being fearful of his own position, etc, but I am inclined to believe the aggravation between the two had been due to Anwar’s noted impatience and the impossible-to-notice lack of respect for his mentor-father figure.

Well, as they say, there’s many a slip ‘twixt cup and lips, which Anwar Ibrahim was to realized painfully; and I suspect, he must have since bitterly borne that ‘slip’ in great agony, a terrible cancer of woeful regret consuming him more and more each day as he realized that through his impatience to get rid of Mahathir to ascend to the No 1 position, he missed just by a hair’s breath of becoming PM of Malaysia.

Oh, sedikit saja lah, sangat sayang leow, woe had been him! But alas, a miss is as good as a mile!

He had moved too swiftly and precipitously, because on seeing the same disrespect to his elders as he had amply demonstrated in 1993 against Ghafar Baba, Dr Mahathir mounted a blitzkrieg counter-attack against his anointed heir. As Wikipedia states:

The response was swift, as Mahathir issued lists of cronies who had benefited from government share allocations and privatizations. To the chagrin of Anwar and his allies, several of them were on the list, including Anwar and Zahid.

    Well, well, well …

As RPK had told Guang Ming:

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim changed after he became the Deputy Prime Minister cum Finance Minister. Umno changed him, said Raja Petra Kamarudin. He became just another “Umno man”.

“He wore RM3,000 suits, unlike the time when we wore traditional Malay costumes. Before he joined the party he said he wanted to change Umno but instead he was the one who was changed by Umno,” Raja Petra said.

Thereafter, Raja Petra did not get involved with Anwar any longer but instead became active in Pas.

He wrote for the English Section of Pas’ Harakah and in some of his pieces he even criticised Anwar. Anwar was really angry at that time. When Anwar was sacked in 1998, he told Anwar that: “You deserve it! You can challenge Ghafar Baba, but not Mahathir.”

Raja Petra said that Anwar thought after easily overthrowing Tun Ghafar Baba he could easily depose Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as well. Eventually, he failed and Dr Mahathir did him in instead.

Anwar brought the whole Humpty Dumpty wall down on his head because he couldn’t just wait for a few more months for Dr Mahathir to retire. He thought he had everything in UMNO sown up.

Due to his impatience and his miscalculations, and not forgetting his disrespect for his elders, he fell on his own UMNO keris.

Of course when he was expelled he metamorphosed OVERNIGHT into a political reformer wakakaka … how can he expect people, even if they hadn’t already experienced his (Educational) ministerial tenure and policies, to believe him?

As I have often blogged, he wants to return to UMNO, which has been why he was coy with AAB after his release from prison. He must have thought he would be doing AAB a favour by targeting Najib, or maybe he saw the UMNO No 2 position as a convenient political resurrection point for himself, provided of course he can get rid of Najib.

But AAB and many others who know of him don’t want him. If he could do what he had done to Ghafar Baba and even his godfather Dr M, God knows what he could do to them. His impatience has become legendary (or notorious).

Then perhaps he thought if the BN lost its 2/3 majority and his PKR inner group has enough seats to restore that 2/3 he could still pry his way back in. But AAB wasn’t about to play ball – better to be without the 2/3 than with Anwar in UMNO.

Anwar’s Achilles heel is showing through again, refusing to wait for the next general election – of course there are other factors as well which I will blog on tomorrow. Hence the PKR’s almost daily broadcast about pending party defections … perhaps to pressure other UMNO stalwarts if not AAB, but wakakaka, they sneakily (and more wisely) turn towards PAS instead of Anwar.

Expect him to continue and even escalate his campaign of political destabilization, as he becomes more frantic with the approaching September 16 in just 2 months time.

And Malaysiakini has just published ‘Opposition had planned demo today’ where it reported Home Affairs Minister Syed Hamid claiming that, this month alone, his ministry has received information that numerous demonstrations were to be staged by the opposition (he probably meant PKR) with the sole purpose of toppling the government.

Aiyoyo, Anwar, where’s your man man lai? Just like your reformasi?

  • Umnodu said, “Your lack of understanding in reading judgments is symptomatic of the problems facing most Anwar’s supporters.”

Umnodu, I presume you represent your political masters in Umno. The lack of understanding you goons have of the situation is symptomatic of how far the party has moved away from the rakyat.

In the first place, the case is at worse, a matter of consensual sexual misconduct akin to consensual oral sex. Unless you believe a 61 year old man with a bad back can forcibly sodomize a 23 year old man, then I pity your mental capacity.

So why arrest a national leader on such superficial grounds? Why isn’t Saiful investigated for sodomy as well as he is equally a suspect in consensual sodomy? Why arrest Anwar when he’s ready to co-operate with the police?

Of course when we think conspiracy everything falls into place.

Umnodu, the public knows what is reasonable and what is an abuse of power. Please don’t try to bring others down to your level of intelligence.

  • let’s all ‘thank’ that saifool guy. may he rot on earth and in hell.

  • I would call the minister a kampong stand over man; these kampong stand over men are the neighbourhood bully. They This sort of behaviour do not argue, but they just resort to clobber their opponent; that is how disputes are settled. There is no debate and disputes are thrashed out in the streets in violent quarrels. Quarrelling is more his style. From him there was no debate but a quarrel with Anwar.

Coming to the more serious development, the arrest of Dato Seri Anwar. Malaysia must not condone this sort of police (heavy-handed action), because Anwar was already on his way to the police station to comply with police request. In any respectable modern nation, AN ACCUSED IS NOT UNDER ARREST UNTIL a formal charge is brought against him. He is not required to answer any question that the police ask of him; hence we often hear the arresting say,,,, “you are not required to answer any question, and if you say anything, what you say may be used against you in a court of law…” We often hear this recited in the movies. This also apply in Malaysia but then Malaysia THERE (APPEARS TO BE) NO LAW,….MALAYSIA IS (PERCEIVED BY MANY TO BE) LAWLESS”

Anwar is obliged under law to attend police investigation; but he is not required to answer them; on the grounds that it might incriminate (self incrimination) him. That being the state of the Law, since Anwar is not obliged to answer the police questions, WHERE IS THE COMPULSION TO ARREST HIM ? Try reasoning with the police on logical and legal grounds. You expect the police to ignore you because the police will not understand what you say; (very likely) they don’t know the law. This is the Malaysia that you are all so proud off. GIVE ME A BREAK !

  • Dear sunwayopal,

Thanks for your comment to this Mugam Guy. I think we need not waste time on him.

Just to let you know, I completely share your feelings on this.
There is so much emotions in me.

If this Mugam Guy is in front of me, I may even be tempted to punch him in the face. But then why waste my energy on someone who is just trying to impress.

And I am no Dato Seri fan, mind you.

  • I think the issue here is not whether we are DSAI fans or not.

What is clear is that there is INJUSTICE being pepretrated right in front of our eyes by the very instituitions and people that we hope to actually protect us!

How can one turn the other way when you see evil, you see vindictiveness, you see corruption !!!!

  • losing party (loser BN) is now taking action to purnish the winner…. as the BN cannot accept the fact that they are OVER….. over…. pls step down….. reformation needed!!!

  • Arrest in haste and regret at leisure
Let’s not abuse the use of undue pressure

Those people who “voted” DSAI obviously made up their mind before the debate….Perhaps it is a sad and damning reflection on Malaysians’ maturity…

BTW my advice to Nur Izzah.Be prepared, bigger shocks gonna come your way when DSAI’s crimes are revealed by Saiful in the court. DSAI would not been arrested had not he voluntarily gave his statement to the cops instead of paying cat and mouse political game.

It is obvious what he planned to do. By going home and staying there, he wanted to create a drama for the prime time viewing of the whole world how he is being dragged from his home. Well, that not gonna happen for 2nd time.

Well, now that we going to have foreign forsenic experts and special prosecutor, let’s see the how DSAI get himself out of this mess.

In my opinion, DSAI’s evasive and irrational actions on this case shows he is guilty.

  • irrational is when you worry more about what goes on in other pple ‘bakyard ‘ than whatever craziness that’s taking place in your in your own frontyard. Looks at who is messing with the nation’s crops, nation’s wealth, nation’s credibility ? These are the things in our frontyard and these issues directly affects our quality of life ! Its insane that the ‘upper’ pple capitalise on DSAI ‘preference’ (ya if is found true?? mind you, the foresensic expert employed here is …….u decide . DNA obsolete??) so we can be distracted from understanding / and thinking / reacting to core issues in our lives. If i want to get some forensic thrill I watch CSI or Dr House. get real man

  • Absolutely DSAI won the debate! Why? Because his speech was based on facts & figures with strong proposals to keep up the Malaysia economic growth from collapse! Huh, like BN will collapse as what we can see right now! Dato’ Ahmad Shabery Cheek? He was delivering speeches on about to blame DSAI on his previous years as a student back in the 70′s, and talking crap about while DSAI was a Finance Minister partner with Tun Dr. M as a PM then. Of course Tun Dr. M is good at financing when he team up with DSAI, but people knows that he was a bad & cruel person in politics!
